Level: Beginner to Advanced
This class focuses on mobility, core, strength and body awareness exercises all aimed at improving your handstand! Did you know that the handstand is the most important & fundamental skill to gymnastics? It's what we learn from handstands that can transfer to so many other skills and exercises that is super cool! There is also plenty of technique guidance from our professional coaches (all ex high level gymnasts) when it comes to entries & balance - which will help push your handstand journey in the right direction!
Level: Intermediate to Advanced
This class focuses on making you stronger on the rings which equates to improved strength overall! We program a series of strength exercises (straight & bent arm), sequences & flow routines (combining various exercises together) as well as skills like ring muscle-ups, rolls and levers. The class commences with a solid warm-up - which includes shoulder pre-hab work, before working on particular skills and strength exercises! This is a great way to learn those skills you've always been wanting to do on the rings!
